I still have not received my order and…

I still have not received my order and there is no one available to speak to directly. I’m going to have to dispute my charge to get my money back. This site is probably a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. They are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! They will never let you know when anything is out of stock. They'll charge your card and the product could be backordered for months. They say made in the USA. Not at all. Most frames are made in Mexico and it says it right on there. That fact doesn't bother me in the least, the frames are beautiful. It's that they lie. What absolute liars these people are. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES. BUYER BEWARE.

Been 2 weeks

Been 2 weeks. No communication no frames. Not sure about the frame quality because they apparently haven’t been made or shipped yet. But who knows, the website just says “received”. I guess that means they received my order and my money. I certainly haven’t received anything other than an email asking how I liked my frames.

Expert product, slight delay in shipping…

Order took a little longer than expected, perhaps due to ongoing supply chain problems, leading me to inquire about same. But the finished product was expertly done and I would have zero qualms ordering from these folks again.

the web page said it would ship within 2 to 4 days. 14 days later it still hasn't shipped and they wont reply to me or answer the phone.

Ordered a canvas wrap and received just…

Ordered a canvas wrap and received just the canvas rolled up. Been using them for 10+ years with no problems until now, no quality control before sending.
Have emailed, started a chat and no response. They said to call if urgent and no one ever answers the phone no matter what time I call. Always "in meetings
to better serve us". I will not meet my deadline and obviously need to look for a new framer for my company. It is one thing to receive something not completed, but quite another thing not have any customer service. I've noticed your response to every review is the same. So sad.

On 8/22 I ordered 1 11”x14” gold leaf…

On 8/22 I ordered 1 11”x14” gold leaf floater frame, 1 12”X12” gold leaf floater frame and 1 11”x14” gold rounded edge ornate wood frame. I receive the two floater frames a few weeks ago. I reached out to you about the damaged corners on both frames, no reply. I was under a deadline so I frames them with the poorly constructed product. Today I received the wrong frame. It is incorrect and damaged as well. I used to get a quality product but you are sinking to the bottom in customer service. I just tried to call during business hours and got a recording you are closed.

I usually love my experience but not this time.

I usually love my experience with this company but this time I required a call because I needed some guidance on a frame. I tried calling two days in a row and only got music. No one ever answered. I ended up ordering the frames I needed and holding my breath they work.

As far as now, I have purchased total of three frames from PICTUREFRAMES.COM and couldn't be more happy. The selection of frames and their quality, delivery time, and price are great indicators that this company is the one you can rely on with confidence. Keep up your good work!!

Very, very professional

First, I'd like to say that I ordered the pictures Monday afternoon and received them that Wednesday and couldn't be happier with the canvas/paint/satin finish. Because of this, I will overlook any hick-ups I had with the sales person on the other end of the line. My prints were 60 x 60, quite large and the price you can't beat, same with the quality.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at PictureFrames.com?

They are not answering their phones, not responding to multiple emails, and not returning voicemail messages. I paid for a frame and never received it. They literally just stole my money. I've reported them to the Maine Attorney General and my credit card bank.

Impossible. No one answers the phones or calls back, no one answers their emails. They'll stay in contact until they get your payment and then they disappear.
